So happy I found Bliss Window & Screen. I was a bit anxious and in a serious time crunch to replace a faulty screen In time for a maintenance inspection with a difficult HOA. Paul was super friendly and helpful and was able to fix it with lightning speed. Thank you so much Paul for turning around what was a stressful situation. As a realtor, I will refer all my clients and friends who need assistance with window or screen services to Bliss Window & Screen!

Beware of LOW-BALL QUOTE that disappears once work is done and bill comes out. Even in my case when there were no surprises when work was done. The worker Lonnie is great. Very polite, easygoing hard worker. Office manager? Not so much. It's unfortunate as work was excellent but in the end leaves a very bitter taste in your mouth.

If you do choose Bliss, make sure you get quote WRITTEN DOWN by office manager.

Had issue with my PGT 750 front door where the dead bolt would not work and it was after 5:00. Called a locksmith and they came out and said that it was more than the lock it was issue with the 3 point down rod system of door and that I would have to called a PGT door service company. That night I had to live with a front door that would not be locked. I called Paul at Bliss Window first thing in the morning and he knew exactly what I was talking about and my predicament. He told me he would check with the planner to see where they could fit me in. Less than an hour later he called me and said they could come out in a few hours. Lonnie came to the house and was very efficient on working on the door and fixing other issues he found. I am very thankful for Paul and Lonnie and highly recommend Bliss Window.

slider had scratches on it at install. owner did not offer to help me with my screen that I admit i walked into. I would have paid to have it fixed. even suggested that i use a butter knife and do it myself.
I wish I had never used them. stay away...

Very helpful. Brian did a great job helping us with the windows and Moskito screens. Gave us a call as soon as he was finished with his work. Very satisfied with his work. Clearly a recommendation.
